Prayer Times in Bishkek

Today in Bishkek (Sunday, 8 November 2026, 28 Jumada al-Ula 1448 AH), Fajr is at 06:08, sunrise at 07:44, Dhuhr at 12:46, Asr at 16:03, Maghrib at 17:46 and Isha at 19:17 local time (UTC+6).

The times are calculated for 42.8746°, 74.5698° with the Muslim World League (Fajr 18°, Isha 17°) method, the convention most widely used in Kyrgyzstan, and the Hanafi rule for Asr. Your local mosque may add a few minutes of precaution or use a different method, so its timetable takes precedence.

The qibla from Bishkek is 245° from true north (WSW), on the great-circle route to the Ka'bah 4,002 km away. Today at 17:10 the sun stands exactly in the direction of the qibla, so shadows point directly away from it, an easy way to check the direction without a compass.

On the June solstice, the longest day of the year in Bishkek, Fajr is at 03:05, Maghrib at 20:44 and Isha at 22:51; the time from Fajr to Maghrib, the length of a fast, is 17 h 39 min. On the December solstice, Fajr is at 06:46 and Maghrib at 17:30, a fast of only 10 h 44 min.

Ramadan moves about 11 days earlier every year, so over a 33-year cycle the fasting day in Bishkek ranges between these two lengths. See the Ramadan 2027 timetable for Bishkek for suhoor and iftar times.
